Return Policy

Every instrument is play-tested before it is listed for sale. While we strive to accurately articulate the playing characteristics of every instrument we sell, we understand that a musical instrument requires scrutiny of play-testing to evaluate compatibility between the horn and the specific player. 

Return Window:  10 Days

Items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.  

General Terms

Item must be shipped by the 10th day after receipt and tracking information provided to HighScream Brass.  Item must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Refund

Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less a 4% restocking fee and the original shipping costs paid.   (Payment processing costs require us to charge a 4% restocking fee on all returns. )
